Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) will be shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details once your order has been processed.

Shipping Carriers

• We deliver all orders via trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, and DHL.

Shipping Times

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Fees

• Domestic Shipping: Flat-rate and free shipping options are offered for all orders.
• Expedited Shipping: Payments for expedited shipping are non-refundable, even if there are unforeseen delays caused by the carrier.
• International Shipping: Flat-rate shipping fee is offered for all international orders.  Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping

• We ship to most countries worldwide.
• Customs, duties, or taxes levied by your country are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs clearance.

Returns and Exchanges

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging.
• Return Process:
  • Please fill out the return form to initiate a return process. You may ship your package yourself or request a return label (10$) which will be deducted from your refund. Contact us at info@watchaces.comif you have questions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS, USPS or DHL. Shipping times vary based on destination.

As a company, we must mark the merchandise "commercial" and not "gift". We cannot declare a lower value.
