Order process time ranges is 1 business day.

Your items will be fully insured for the purchased price.  Lent Lily LLC provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery depending on purchase value.

Please note that estimated delivery time does not account for delays due to the season and the weather.

 Lent Lily LLC reserves the right to choose the carrier. 

Address change or cancellation will not be possible once the package is shipped.

Domestic Orders

Watchaces.com offers free shipping for domestic purchases. We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS or USPS.

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches your doorstep.

If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative via email. If your order is not approved or verified, you will be notified of your canceled order status via email.

The Watchaces.com has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS, USPS or DHL. Shipping times vary based on destination. 

All prices are in US Dollar.

As a company, we must mark the merchandise "commercial" and not "gift". We cannot declare a lower value.
