All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original, unused condition, with all protective packaging and tags intact. If the item is faulty or damaged during shipping, we will refund the cost of return postage up to the value of standard shipping.

Please ensure that the return form is fully completed and included with your return. Additionally, include the original packing slip. Items returned without these documents may not be processed.

We recommend using a secure shipping method that provides tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please retain proof of postage.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email. Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days of this confirmation. Please note that if the item is returned with missing packaging or tags, a $30 fee will be applied.
